Who Is Covering The Warranty: Ricmar Aust. Pty Ltd, Unit 14/1345 The Horsley Drive, Wetherill Park 2164 NSW Australia.
What Does This Warranty Cover: This warranty covers any defects of materials and workmanship on the structure of the furniture.
How Long Does The Coverage Last: This warranty will last two (2) year from the date of delivery (only products manufactured by Ricmar). Imported products have a one (1) year warranty from date of delivery. Coverage terminates if you sell, alter or otherwise transfer the furniture.
What Will Ricmar Do: Ricmar will start to investigate the defect within fourteen (14) days from receipt of the notice of the alleged defect. Any furniture found to have a defect will be picked up by Ricmar, fixed and returned at no cost to the purchaser from the original point of delivery.
What This Warranty Does Not Cover: Does not cover fabric, any misuse or any problem that is caused by abuse, misuse, or an act of God (such as a flood) are not covered. Also, consequential and incidental damages are not recoverable under this warranty.

Maintenance: Your furniture may require maintenance to keep it in food working condition. We recommend to check and tighten periodically all screws and bolts and swivel plates used to connect parts. Regular care and maintenance and in some instances professional care may extend the life of your product.
Product/fabric care: Any use of harsh cleaners or any solvent will damage the surface and void any warranty. Do not use abrasive cleaners, steel wool, or cleaners containing solvents, gasoline, petroleum distillates, plasticisers or concentrated bleach. For spot cleaning lightly brush / sponge with warm soapy water (dishwashing liquid).
